Sam’s is proud to serve fresh, sustainably fished seafood and the finest hormone- and antibiotic-free meats. We also source products locally whenever possible and practical.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Add 1-2 cups of water or white wine to the pot (for a smokier flavor, you can reduce the amount of liquid)

Put pot on medium flame

Once the pot starts to steam aggressively, lower heat slightly

Steam for 35-40 minutes

To test for doneness, check out the clams and mussels – they should be completely open. You can also test the potatoes with a fork to see if they are tender.
