We are truly thrilled and honored to be selected as the only West Coast Restaurant nominated for "Best Sandwich in the US" by NBC's Today Show. During September, the Today Show Food Editor Phil Lempert visited Sam’s with his camera crew, and shot some footage of Lewis Rossman, Sam’s Executive Chef/Partner, the creation of the now famous Lobster Roll, and several customers – it was a lot of fun! 

The Today Show then featured Sam's and showed a one-minute clip of some of the footage they shot at each restaurant, while the shows stars tasted the sandwich - it was a lot of fun.
